⏰ Booking & Cancellation Policy ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If your appointment is canceled, including within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will NOT be refunded. However, your deposit may be transferred ONE time toward a new appointment within 30 days of the original appointment date. Client must notify Glam by Gwenn to reschedule and secure a new date and time. NO-SHOWS will be charged 40% of the remaining service balance, even if a deposit was previously paid. • All color services are STARTING prices only and may increase depending on hair length, thickness/density, product usage, corrective work, and desired end result.• New clients booking color services are REQUIRED to complete a consultation prior to booking. Consultations may be done via text, phone call, or video chat.• Select services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.• Late cancellations and NO-SHOWS will result in cancellation fees.• Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. Excessively tangled hair, box color, or previous corrective color may require additional time and pricing adjustments.• To maintain the integrity of your hair, some color goals may require multiple appointments to achieve safely.• Glam by Gwenn reserves the right to refuse service if the integrity of the hair has been compromised.
